Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and packages may be non-refundable or subject to change fees, depending on the supplier's terms.
All cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@fareeagletravels.com.
A service fee may apply for changes or cancellations processed by us, in addition to supplier fees.

4. Payment and Fees

Payments must be made via accepted credit cards or other approved methods.
Fare Eagle Travels Inc. may charge a booking or service fee, which will be disclosed prior to purchase.
All charges are quoted in CAD unless otherwise stated.

5. Third-Party Providers

Our role may be limited to acting as an agent between you and the travel supplier. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, errors, or defaults of third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

6. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents for your trip.
We strongly recommend verifying entry requirements with official government sources prior to booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fare Eagle Travels Inc. is not liable for:

Loss, injury, delay, or damage resulting from acts of God, government, weather, or third-party suppliers
Personal injury or property damage occurring during your travel
Indirect or consequential damages including lost profits or missed connections
